British Simmental is delighted to officially announce that Sue Stenner has joined the Society’s staff team at the Society’s Stoneleigh, Warwickshire based office. Having commenced her role as a Herd Book Administrator in late July, Sue has very much hit the ground running familiarising herself with all aspects of the Society’s work and introducing herself to members as they phone in. Having worked previously with pedigree beef breed societies over some twenty years, Sue brings a wealth of all-round ability to British Simmental with extensive experience in managing herd books, membership services, and also in communications and event organisation.
BSCS General Manager Iain Kerr said: “With experience, energy and personality, Sue will be a great fit with her Herd Book colleagues Nicky Moreton and Rachel Foley, and we warmly welcome her to British Simmental. From here members of the Simmental staff team will be out and about this autumn meeting members at forward Society sales and industry events, and promoting British Simmental.”
Sue replaces Kate Stephens who left the Society’s employment in April and the Society would like to thank Kate for her work and to extend very best wishes for her new challenges ahead.
