The British Simmental Cattle Society held their annual sale of Bulls and Females at Ludlow Auction Mart on Friday 10th April 2009.
Reserve Champion

Top price of the day was Shebdon Viscount from Terry Ford, Stores House, Walk Mill, Eccleshall, Stafford when he sold to David Parry, Stud Farm (Powys) Ltd, Bleddfa, Knighton. He stood Reserve Champion in the pre sale show, judged by Roger Birch, Pasturefields Herd, Stafford.

The pre sale Champion, Chesterman Vinnie from Messrs N. & N. Gwynne, Rhos-Ddu, Crymych, Pembrookeshire took the second top price of 3,300gns when he sold top Mr. S. Vaughan, Moss Hill Farm, Monkland, Leominster.
