It’s that time of the week, with the third “big reveal” of this year’s Simmental Virtual Show, and the results for Class Three – Bull born on or between 1st January 2023 & 31st July 2024.
Taking top spot this week in a terrific class of 56 bulls, is Tillyeve Rocco from Messrs C&M Bruce, Udny, Ellon, Aberdeenshire. This April 2024 born bull is sired by Corrick Logic 20, and is out of Tillyeve Joy, a Woodhall Ellison 13 daughter.
The judges are surpassing themselves with their videos taken amongst terrific Simmental cattle and within fantastic settings. See the video here of this week’s judge Dorothy Moffat of the noted Innerwick herd, Dunbar commenting on her class judging. The Class Three results are:

Corskie herd’s turn to have a nifty class one-two!
It’s the second “big reveal” of this year’s Simmental Virtual Show, as we announce the results for Class Two – Heifer Calf born on or after 1st August 2024.
Top of the pops this week, and taking first and second place, and four of the top ten in all, in a mighty class of 111 entries, is WJ & J Green, Corskie, Garmouth, Fochabers with their August 2024 born heifers Corskie Role Play and Corskie Rackett. Leading the way in this class, Corskie Role Play is a Rathnashan Magnum EX92 daughter, and out of the noted Corskie Mimic VG 88. Her team mate Corskie Rackett is a Blackford Mars 21 EX93 sired heifer out of Corskie Mandolin (P) VG85.
Placing the top ten was the judge Lindsay Currie of the Braegarrie herd, Pinclanty, Girvan, Ayrshire. Thank you to Lindsay and please see here his video set within a terrific backdrop and surrounded by super Simmentals! The Class Two results are:

Kilbride Farm secure a One-Two
Here we are with the first “big reveal” of this year’s Simmental Virtual Show, and announcing the results for Class One -Bull Calf born on or after 1st August 2024.
It’s a big shout out to the Kilbride Farm herd of WH Robson & Sons, Kilbride Farm, Doagh, Ballycare, Co Antrim, who secured a class one-two. In first place was the September 2024 born bull Kilbride Farm Rebel sired by Kilbride Farm Morikawa 21 (P), and in second place was the August 2024 born Kilbride Farm Ronaldinho 24 (P) (TM), a Kilbride Farm Jetstream 18 (P) son.
This first class had an excellent entry of 58 bulls and the top eight places have been awarded by the judge Hazel McNee, Over Finlarg Farm, Tealing, Dundee, DD4 OQE.
