KILBRIDE FARM BULL ‘STRIKES IT LUCKY’ TO WIN THE FIRST CLASS OF THE 2021 ‘VIRTUAL’ SIMMENTAL SHOW

by | Jul 13, 2021

58 young bull calves is a great way to kick off the 2021 ‘Virtual’ Simmental Show, and the results for Class One, Autumn born bull calf, born between 1st July 2020 and 31st December 2020, are now in!

There’s a definite Northern Irish flavour, with three bulls from the province placing in the top six, and including the winner Kilbride Farm Lucky Strike (P). Results:

  1. Kilbride Farm Lucky Strike (P)
  2. Roma Lenny
  3. Corskie Linford
  4. Star Green Legend
  5. Knockreagh Larry
  6. Kilbride Farm Lannister

A big well done is extended to WH Robson & Sons, Kilbride Farm, Doagh, Ballyclare for taking the honours in this first class, and to all of the exhibitors who placed in such a high standard. A sincere thank you is extended to everyone who entered and got this year’s competition off to a great start!
Big thanks also go to John Barlow of the Denizes herd who had the challenging but enjoyable job of judging Class One.
