Jonathan Sinclair Gunn, from the Mavsey herd, won Class 8 of the 2021 Virtual Simmental Show with his bull, Corskie Jackpot 18. This September 2018-born bull, sired by Dirnanean Bradley and out of Corskie Frolic, was purchased from the Corskie herd at the February 2020 Stirling sale. The British Simmental Cattle Society announced the results, with Omorga Jaguar placing second and Islavale Jabba third in the class.
Congratulations to Jonathan Sinclair Gunn, from the Mavsey herd, Lybster, Caithness who has topped Class 8 of the 2021 Virtual Simmental Show with Corskie Jackpot 18. A September 2018 born bull, Corskie Jackpot 18 is a Dirnanean Bradley son and out of Corskie Frolic, a Bel Dhu Capercaillie daughter. He was purchased from the Corskie herd at the February 2020 Stirling sale.
A big thank you to our judge Hannah Wood, from the Popes herd, Dutton, Preston, Lancashire, who has expertly cast her eye over another strong bull class and this time of twenty-two animals.
