The British Simmental Cattle Society's Spring Sale at Carlisle on April 25th, 2014, saw Caistor Domitius achieve the top price, selling for 4900gns. Gerrard Drummer followed at 4200gns, and Gerrard Dougie made 4000gns. Overall, 15 bulls were sold at an average price of £3220, reflecting strong interest in Simmental genetics.
