Topping the male trade on the day at 3,800gns was GRANGEWOOD JUMBO 18, bred by Mr & Mrs AS & YA Leedham, Pickering. A GRANGEWOOD DAMASCUS 12 son, out of a GRETNA HOUSE SUPERSONIC’S daughter. Purchased by D Evans & Son, Anglesey

Second top price, selling for 3,150gns was BLACKFRIAR JACKPOT 18, bred by Greyhound Estates Ltd, Weedon Road, Northamptonshire. A NEWBIEMAINS ALBERT 09 EX 92 son, out of a CELTIC ROCK daughter.

Purchased by Henry Bigwood, Brean, Somerset. (Seabreeze)

Leading the Female trade at 2,050gns was DINTON VERITY 8, an in-calf heifer, bred by Miss S V Francis, Mere, Warminster. A SNEUMGAARD IMPERATOR (PP) son, out of a KEELDRUM CLIO 11 (P) daughter. Purchased by M/S M Johnson & B A Foster, Hanch, Staffordshire. (Hanch)

S R & J L Eales T/A W R Eales & Son, Leicester, secured the second top price female of the day, with their in-calf heifer PEATLING IDA, a son of STORERSMITH EINSTEIN 13, out of a CHYANHAL WELLINGTON daughter. Purchased by DANIEL & JODIE JONES, NR BUXTON, Derbyshire. (Jones)

Second top price, selling for 6,800 gns was CWARRE IDAHO 17, bred by Richard James Cummings, Cynwyl Elfed, Carmarthen. This DENIZES COLUMBO 11 son out of a CELTIC NICOLA daughter, was  purchased by CM Mercer, Leominster (Bowley)

Third and fourth highest prices came from the same stable, both bred by Mr & Mrs J Olds, Bosahan Farm, Constantine, Falmouth. TR11 5QB. Third was BOSAHAN ILIAD 17. A SKERRINGTON ARMADA 09 son out of a STERLING JOSIE’S NOONTIME daughter, he was sold for 4500 gns and was purchased by PL Heard, Okehampton.

Fourth was BOSAHAN INFINITY 17 (P), a HEATHBROW FREDDIE STAR 14 (P) son out of a BOSAHAN ALESHA daughter, he sold for 4,300 gns to CM Mercer, Leominster (Bowley)

Next, and selling for 4,200 gns was STORERSMITH INFRARED 17, bred by R & L Storer-Smith, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. A WOODHALL FERRARI 14 son out of a SCARTHINGWELL VANITY daughter, he was purchased by Mr R Davies, Penlanlwyd, Llangammarch.

Topping the Female trade at 3,400 gns was RAVENSDALE OLIVE 16TH, bred by Mr MKD Hind, Wadhurst, Essex. Sired by HEATHBROW EX FACTOR 13 and out of a RAVENSDALE OLIVE (P) daughter, she was purchased by Mr B Harding, Denham, Buckinghamshire (Hallway).
